Hi! I’m Annabelle Stanford! Founder of Stanford Natural Health.

I’m a Health Coach specialising in helping tired, busy women regain their energy and feel better. When you’re exhausted, you can’t make the most of your day or your life.

I know this because I burnt-out and became exhausted working as a solicitor and being a mother. Life was hard. Everything was hard. It took all my mental and physical energy just to do the essentials every day. I was living off coffee and carbs.

Thankfully, I recovered my own burnout and fatigue by diving into the research and implementing scientifically proven strategies. These practices transformed my health and energy levels and I want to help others do the same!

I am a Health Coach, a mother of three young children, am currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and I run a farming business with my husband. So I understand the demands placed on women (and that we place on ourselves) and how difficult it can be to prioritise yourself and your health.

Working out where to start on your health journey can be overwhelming. That’s why I take the science and present it to you in easy to understand strategies that will address the cause of your low energy.

Your low energy and fatigue may be caused by :

  • gut issues
  • nutrient and mineral deficiencies
  • food intolerances
  • toxins
  • stress
  • a deficiency in “good” stress (yes, there is such a thing!)
  • and a whole range of other factors.

My content is primarily targeting women, but these strategies will generally be applicable to anyone.
